FRANCESCO MATTARELLI
Born in Genoa, Francesco has over 30 years of experience in the field of tax dispute resolution, assisting medium to large companies in all types of litigation with the tax administration (or pre-litigation talks). He has also handled cases involving all the typical challenges faced by MNEs in the areas of transfer pricing, withholding tax and M&A. He is a consultant for an important international audit network and works with numerous other firms, cooperating fully with fellow lawyers and accountants not specialized in tax litigation. He is a member of the Liguria Section of the Tax Criminal Law Center.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Degree in Business Administration from Bocconi University, Milan
- Degree in Law from the University of Genoa
- Chartered accountant
- Member of the Bar (also qualified to represent clients before the high courts)
